Our stay was absolutely fantastic. It was filled with brilliance from the views, outdoor activities, local love and unbeatable Venue.

By far the best host and house I have had the pleasure of staying in. the house was stocked on our arrival. very comfortable beds, fantastic views from the house. the only thing better than the house was the service from Julian and his team. I really cannot identify an issue...the stay was perfect!!!

Spectacular place with gorgeous view of the lake. Very well maintained with lots of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen that even a chef would approve of. From the amazing sauna to the infinity pool and hot tub it was hard to leave this place to go sightseeing. We just wanted to hang out at the house. Julian was a very responsive host. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay, the apartment was fresh and clean, and in downtown Montreux a very short walk to shops & restaurants. Easy & secure basement parking. Excellent hosts - communicating in real time before and during our stay - very fast responses when we needed something e.g. finding the correct parking spot. Thank you for a lovely stay & we would recommend if you are looking for a centrally located, clean & comfortable place to stay!

We were three family members stayed for a week at Julian's flat. The Apartment is located in the ground floor just 10 mins walk from Montreux Railway station. The flat was really spacious for 3 adults. Geneva lake, supermarkets, high street, Casino are just 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. There is an under ground car park ( 2 floors) if you need to hire a car. Julian was a fantastic host communicating and helping us during our entire duration of stay. It was a very quite , clean and lovely apartment. The neighbours were very helpful too. I will definitely stay at Julian's place in my next visit. Thank you Julian for making our stay very comfortable. We managed to visit most of the holiday destinations in Switzerland by train from Montreux.

Cute apartment in a GREAT location. Walk down to the lake or up to old town. Quiet and clean!

My husband and I just spent a glorious week at Julian’s property in Montreux. From the moment I inquired about the property until our final morning, Julian and his team were so communicative and accommodating. We had many questions before and during our stay and they were always available and very helpful. The apartment was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items for cooking, bath/shower soaps, iron, hairdryer, extra pillows/blankets, etc. The building was very well maintained and grounds were well manicured. Lastly, the apartment has a wrap around lanai with a million dollar view. Absolutely stunning! We highly recommend Julian and GuestLee Properties. We are so grateful for the experience and connection. We look forward to renting with Julian again at this and other beautiful properties around the world. Service above and beyond our expectations. Thank you again so much for everything!!
