The night area features three en suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting direct access to a spacious terrace that overlooks the serene surroundings, including the lake and the Alps.

No smoking of any kind in the villa, including on terraces and balconies.
No parties or events.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
No excessive noise after 22:00.
No illegal activities.
No pets allowed without prior consent.
