Villa Tatiana de Crète

Villa Tatiana is located in Peristera Ierapetra, on the island of Crete. The villa is only 200 meters from the beach and close to restaurants and shops, yet the villa is also ideal for a private island getaway.

The modern design and spacious, comfortable layout of the property can accommodate 6 people in it’s 3 stylish bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin, located on the ground floor.

It has a beautiful outdoor area with sunbeds by the pool, dining area, outdoor shower, wc and barbecue. The large swimming pool (8m * 4m * 1.5m), with a view of the endless blue can reward even the most demanding visitor. There is parking in the car park at the villa.

On the first floor, the villa has a single layout with the living room having comfortable seating, a 50 inch Smart TV as well as air conditioning for guests to enjoy. Villa Tatiana offers a fully equipped kitchen with facilities including electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, nespresso machine, kettle etc. The dining room located on the terrace can comfortably accommodate all guests and is elegantly decorated in natural coastal tones.

The bedrooms, all downstairs, have air conditioning, satellite TV and a safe. The decor is minimal and the atmosphere is comfortable and light, with direct access to the patio. There are 4 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite and are located on the ground floor, and towels, slippers, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. the other two are guest toilets, one of which is located in the pool area. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available on site. Cleaning and laundry services are provided. Baby cot and high chair available if required.
